TeachMeFinance.com - explain National Natural Resources Conservation Foundation (NNRCF) National Natural Resources Conservation Foundation (NNRCF) The term 'National Natural Resources Conservation Foundation (NNRCF) ' as it applies to the area of agriculture can be defined as ' A nonprofit private organization established by the FAIR Act of 1996 to promote and fund innovative solutions to conservation problems through effective partnerships. The Foundation can accept gifts and raise money. The NNRCF will conduct research, undertake educational activities, support demonstration projects, and make grants to state and local governments and nonprofit organizations. Appropriations are authorized at $1 million per year for 1997-99, but no appropriations have been provided and the Foundation is not yet operational.
